My journey to becoming an interior photographer started by chance. I was nearing the end of a career on stage (you can ask me about those stories when we meet!) and had started to learn portrait photography at a studio I was managing. ONe day a client asked if I shot interiors ... .cut to two weeks later I’m standing in a stunning north london townhouse praying that my crash course in interior photography had paid off. It had and I LOVED it. The images were put online and within a month I was back at the house shooting for the magazine 25 Beautiful Homes. Call it fate or luck, I was a published interior photographer.
And here we are 10 years on. It’s been a wonderful journey and I still get that buzz when walking into a new property or location to shoot. One of the things I love the most is the collaboration with my clients. I believe the only way to get stunning images is to work closely together. Even with a quick turn around there's always a consultation to make sure I’m in lign with my clients vision and expectations.
