I've worked with clients with one property to those with a whole portfolio. My aim is to make the process as easy as possible. I know how important these photos are and also that sometimes speed is important. You can expect a reliable, professional service with images available within days after the photoshoot. Time is money and every night with no guests means a loss of income.
I also let out my own flat so I’m always full of advice for those fresh to the holiday rental business!
The Process
1 Enquiry
Send your enquiry with some information about the project you need capturing. Details like location, potential number of rooms, your vision are very helpful. I'll get back to you with my availability and pricing brochure. Once we finalise the scope of the project, we schedule a date for the shoot.
2 Preparation
I'll now send you a check list of what to bring to the shoot. These include items for styling. You may have a stunning design but these extra touches can bring a listing to life.
3 The Shoot
We'll have a look round the property to see how the light is that day and where best to start. Then room by room we'll style and then shoot.
4 Image Delivery
I aim to get a contact sheet (rough edits) out to you either that evening or the next day (depending on when we finish shooting). Then as soon as you have made your selection I'll have the images edited and sent to you within 24 - 48 hours.
